Which came first the chicken or the egg? The answer to that age old question is neither. The real answer is the ellipses came first. Any way, back to modern day. Every day you see an add for a mc muffin, one of the most internationally recognized fast food breakfast product, and you wonder how do they get all of those eggs to the locations with out damaging them. Well, this feat is partly due to the shape of the egg, the ellipse. The egg is shaped like this because with a ellipse shape you get more support and strength rather than a square or triangular shape. Other than the shape the egg has affected the world by posting the very unsolvable question, bringing a breakfast staple duo of ham and eggs, and finally bringing nutrition to the human race.
